These terms govern your purchase and use of the Mesa desktop application ("Mesa"). By buying a license key you agree to them.

What Mesa is

Mesa is property-intelligence and decision-support software. It is not an appraisal, an inspection, legal advice, or a substitute for a licensed appraiser, inspector, attorney, or lender. Output ranges are estimates that depend on available data and may be unavailable or wide in sparse markets.

License

A purchase grants one activation key valid for 12 months from issuance, for use on the machines you work from. The key is for you or your team; it may not be resold or shared publicly. There is no auto-renewal — access ends when the key expires unless you buy again.

Payment

Mesa is sold as a one-time annual payment, processed by Stripe. The price is the one shown at the time of checkout. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never receive or store them. Your license key is emailed manually, usually within one business day of checkout.

Product status

Mesa is in continuous pre-alpha development and provided as-is. Coverage, features, and availability change between releases, and assessed-value lookup works only in supported jurisdictions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mesa's liability arising from your purchase or use of the software is limited to the amount you paid for the current license key. Mesa is not liable for decisions made using its output, including offers, listings, protests, or negotiations.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The version published here at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
