Every Mesa annual key comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, counted from the date the license key is issued to you.

How to request a refund

• Reply to the email address shown on your Stripe receipt, or use the support address provided with your license key.
• Include the email used at checkout so we can find the charge.
• Requests within the 14-day window are refunded in full to the original payment method.

What happens to your key

When a refund is issued, the license key is deactivated. Work you produced with Mesa before the refund — reports, protest letters, analyses — remains yours.

Outside the window

Requests after 14 days are considered case by case for extenuating circumstances such as a documented technical fault that prevented use of the software.

No auto-renewal

Because licenses are one-time payments with no subscription, there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charges to dispute. When a key expires, it simply stops activating.
